Who We Are

Nestled in the heart of Oakhurst, CA, just outside of Yosemite National Park, our gym has been the cornerstone of this mountain community for over 40 years. These iron weights have built generations. As a locally owned, faith driven business, we believe in integrity, service and treating every person who walks through our doors with dignity. You’ll often find our owner right behind the desk greeting each & every member or training on the weight floor and encouraging others. Whether you’re chasing new gainz, general health & mobility or a fresh start, you’ll find encouragement, accountability and a place that feels like home. We’re proud to keep evolving while staying true to who we are. Once you walk through our doors, you’re not just joining a gym – you’re joining a family.

We value our first responders and active and veteran military service members with discounted memberships. Student discounts also available.

Weight Floor

Plenty of free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, selectorized machines, and space to train the right way.

Stand-up Tanning Booths

Two stand-up tanning rooms to keep you golden brown all year long. Tanning packages available!

Racquetball Court

The ONLY regulation size racquetball court in the entire mountain area! Come warm up before your strength workout or join one of our more competitive teams for serious cardio workout.

Designated Functional Fitness Room

An individual room packed with equipment to improve endurance, mobility, power & strength. Stocked with wall balls, plyo-boxes, a squat rack, bumper plates, battle ropes, a push sled, agility ladders and more for overall health improvements.
